Our full service physical therapy practice opened in 2011, and is led by owner Galina Farbman Martirosyan, a licensed physical therapist with a degree in physical therapy from the University of Illinois. Her broad professional experience includes 30 years on Chicago’s North Shore as a physical therapist in hospital, home care, and sports medicine settings.

“My specialty is pain management. I am also certified in lymphedema management,” she says. “The physical therapists at Back on Track create an integrated approach to each patient’s treatment plan, based on that individual’s needs. Our physical therapists are very concerned about healing our patients, so they can return to the physical function, which was present prior to the injury/surgery. We apply the latest research, and partner with patients to create a home treatment plan, which includes exercise and other activities that can be used in their every day lives to enjoy a lifetime of good health.”
